-500 gr of turkey breast

-100 gr of San Francesco ham

-1 Tbsp of oil

-1 Tbsp of butter

-2 Cloves of garlic


-Salt and pepper


-Serves 2

-15 Minutes preparation

-30 Minutes cooking.

Spread the ham slices on the work surface and place the meat in the center, previously seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary.


Wrap the ham around the meat and tie tightly with string food.


Cook for 30 minutes in a pan over low heat, oil, butter and two cloves of garlic.


Keep it covered and turn it over every now and then.

Cut into slices and serve with a little of the cooking sauce.
