Speck is a delicatessen product made from boned and then salted pork legs that give the palate a slightly smoked and seasoned taste.

When cut, the slice is red and with pinkish-white shades with an elastic consistency.

All these characteristics give the speck a typical taste, intense and with the right dose of flavor, enhancing spices and aromatic herbs.
